Arrival & siting

We deliver across the UK, kerbside, with the postcode confirmed before you commit. The interesting part is never the motorway. It is the gate, the drop, and whether a crane can stand without taking out the neighbour’s hedge. This page is our delivery policy, written plainly.

Hot tubs & cold plunges

Kerbside as standard. The lorry stops as close to your property as it can legally and safely sit, and the tub comes off there.

Getting it from the kerb to the pad is your job. A tub is lifted and carried, not rolled, and you will want four or five fit adults and a clear route: gates open, cars moved, low branches tied back, gravel raked flat. Tell us about steps and slopes before the day, not on it.

If the route is too narrow or too steep for people, a small crane or a Hiab may be the answer. You arrange it, or we introduce a firm we know and you pay their invoice.

Assembled saunas & suites

Cabins, cubes, barrels and combos leave the workshop as finished buildings. They arrive on a lorry and cannot be carried by hand. A crane or forklift is required to lift them off and set them on the base.

Arranging the crane is your responsibility. We can organise one on your behalf for a fee and will happily talk to the crane firm about weights and lifting points. Either way, we need photographs of the road, the gate and the pad, and a measurement of the tightest opening, before we book the lorry.

The crane needs somewhere firm to stand with its legs out. A verge, a soft lawn or a neighbour’s drive are not that place.

Kits

DIY cube kits and saunas ordered as a kit arrive flat-packed in an OSB crate on a pallet. The driver will offload to the kerb or the nearest hard standing with a pallet truck, which does not like gravel or steps.

You need somewhere dry to store the panels if you are not raising the building the same week, and two people who will not rush the last panel. Instructions come in the crate and we are on the end of the phone.

From your postcode to the pad.

Postcode first
We deliver country-wide, to gardens across the UK. Before you order we confirm your postcode, because islands, the Highlands and some city centres cost more and take longer. If a delivery will be unusual, we say so up front.

Access check
Send photographs of the road, the gate and where the building will sit, and measure the narrowest point on the route. We will not book a lorry or a crane until we understand the last ten metres.

Base ready
A level, load-bearing base must be finished before the lorry is booked. If the base is not ready when we arrive, the building may have to go back on the lorry and the haulier’s costs for a second trip are passed on to you.

The day
We agree a date and a rough window. Someone over eighteen needs to be there to check the building over, sign for it and show the crew or the crane where it goes.

What we need from you

Photographs of the road, the gate, the route and the intended pad.
The width of the narrowest opening and any drop from the road.
A level, load-bearing base, finished before the lorry is booked.
A crane or forklift booked for assembled buildings, or a word with us if you would like us to arrange it.
Four or five people on the day for a tub or a plunge, and a clear path.
Delivery, siting and any crane costs agreed and paid before we book transport.
Someone on site who can sign and who knows where the building should sit.

The base

Every building needs a level, well-drained base that will carry the filled weight without moving. Slabs on a proper sub-base, compacted stone with an edge, screw piles, concrete pads or a thin raft all work. Decking only if it was engineered for the load. A family soak tub is more than a tonne before anyone climbs in, and a sauna suite with a tub on the terrace is heavier still.

We send footprint dimensions and weights with the order so a landscaper or groundworker can build to them. Our warranty on the timber structure depends on the building sitting level on a base like this, so it is worth getting right.

Cost of delivery

The price you pay at Checkout is for the building. Delivery and siting are quoted separately once we have seen your access, because a pallet to Peterborough and a crane lift in a Cornish lane are not the same job. We confirm the delivery price in writing before anything is booked, and it is paid before the lorry leaves.

Crane hire, when we arrange it for you, is charged at the crane firm’s price plus a small fee for organising it. If you book your own, that is between you and them.

On-site assembly

When a finished building simply will not fit — a terraced side return, a tight corner, nowhere for a crane to stand — some of our saunas can be delivered in sections and raised in your garden by our team. It is not standard, it is not available for every model, and it costs more than a kerbside drop. Ask before you order and we will tell you honestly whether your plot suits it.

Where our responsibility ends

We are responsible for the building until it is offloaded at the kerb or the nearest safe point the lorry can reach. Please look it over before you sign: note any transit damage on the delivery paperwork and send us photographs the same day, and we will put it right.

From the kerb onwards, moving, lifting and positioning the building are your responsibility, or that of the crane firm or contractor you have engaged. We cannot cover damage caused while a building is being carried, lifted or set down by others, or by siting it on a base that is not level or not strong enough. None of this affects your statutory rights, and the full picture is in our terms of sale.
